Petty Knife 18cm, ARTEFACT

This Samura® Petty utility knife 18 cm from ARTEFACT series, is ideal for chopping herbs, dicing vegetables/fruits, slicing skin and deboning meat. Petty knives are the smaller version of Gyuto (Chef’s knives). This knife has a curved and lighter blade (compared to a chef's knife), is agile and small and is perfect for most kitchen applications and precise cuts.

The ARTEFACT series knives stand out because their unique design reminiscent of ancient knives, forged from stone. These knives have ergonomic handles made of Stainless Steel and excellent durability, sharpness and quality blades made of 5 layers of Stainless Steel AUS-10, reinforced with Molybdenum-Vanadium, so that they remain sharp. Due to the tumbling treatment, the blades become coarse with a matte finish. Therefore, fingerprints are not visible and prevent sticking of food on them.
